• Mentoring Program.  The Illinois Nurses Association has a mentoring program in place designed to assist new graduate nurses in advancing professionally, adapting to the workplace, developing their role in professional organizations and reaching their goals in nursing.  It is designed specifically for new spring and summer graduates.
