Troubleshooting your PC and Printer

PC Problems

• Check for updates on the bottom right hand corner.  If there are updates, load them.
• Restart your computer to reset everything.
• Close out of the program and reopen it.

Printer Problems

• Make sure you selected the proper printer and paper size.
• Check for jams in the printer. If there is a jam, remove it but try not to rip the paper.  If the paper is ripped, remove all portions of the paper.
• Put proper size of paper in the printer (accepts standard size of paper 8.5x11).
