If you need IT assistance please fill out the form below. The Methodist College IT Department is staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm. Any requests submitted outside of these hours will be handled the next business day.
If your password has expired please try resetting your password here before submitting a support request. Employees requesting support allow IT to enter their office if they are not present. If you are requesting password/account reset during weekend/evening hours please call the UnityPoint IT Support desk at 800-681-2060 for assistance.
