On-the-Spot Admissions

Come submit your application (for FREE), have your application reviewed by the admissions committee, get an admission decision, and pay your intent fee to secure your spot in the program all in one day!

In order to receive an admission decision, we will need your official high school and college transcripts.  If you are under 30 college credits, we will also need your ACT score.

  • Friday, March 23, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. - UnityPoint Health Methodist - Morron Room

  • Wednesday, April 4, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. UnityPoint Health Proctor - Private Dining Room

  • Thursday, April 12, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. UnityPoint Health Pekin - next to cafeteria
