Tuition Payment

Enrollment Deposit

The Enrollment Deposit for Methodist College is $100.

Becoming a Methodist College student starts here.  Methodist College requires all applicants to officially accept their offer of admission by submitting a nonrefundable $100 enrollment deposit.  When the deposit is received it will be marked as a credit on your student account.  This will allow you to register for student orientation.

If you submit your Enrollment Deposit and choose not to attend Methodist College, it is NOT refundable. You may choose to defer one semester without having to submit an additional enrollment deposit. If you choose to defer, please contact the Admissions Office at (309) 672-5513.

Refund Policy

All refunds for tuition and fees will be processed the week after a credit balance is on the student's CAMS ledger. Refunds will sent within 14 days of the credit balance being applied on the student's CAMS ledger. Refunds will either be a check issued and mailed or by Direct Deposit if the student is enrolled in CashNet on their CAMS account.  For questions regarding refunds, please email the Bursar at mcbursar@methodistcol.edu.

Tuition and Fees must be paid by the last day of theory class (please see Nursing Assistant course schedule to determine this date). Any student who fails to pay by the deadline will not be allowed to continue on to the clinical portion of the course.
