If you need IT assistance please fill out the form below. The Methodist College IT Department is staffed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm. Any requests submitted outside of these hours will be handled the next business day.
If your password has expired, you are being notified that it will expire soon, or are a new student doing your initial account setup click here to go to the password reset page.
Employees requesting support allow IT to enter their office if they are not present. If you are requesting password/account reset during weekend/evening hours please call the UnityPoint IT Support desk at 800-681-2060 for assistance.
