If you need IT assistance please fill out the form below. The Methodist College IT Department is staffed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Any requests submitted outside of these hours will be handled the next business day.

Employees requesting support allow IT to enter their office if they are not present. If you are requesting password/account reset during weekend/evening hours please call the Carle IT Support desk at (800) 681-2060 for assistance.
Single Sign On is back for Examsoft as of Summer 2022. This means you no longer need to register using an invitation link, you can just log in using the link below using your MC email address and password. Students do need to register for every semester, even summer.
