HUM302: A City Speaks is a Humanities course that travels to New Orleans. Students and two instructors immerse themselves in the culture of the city in order to hear the stories New Orleans has to tell through its history, architecture, cuisine, music, art, religions, traditions, and residents.  Through the travel blogs you can follow their adventures, as they learn about New Orleans and themselves.
